OPS Day mid-shift summary
H1 is still locked as it has been for the past ~26 hours (going for a new record!). Winds are up a bit to around 15 mph with gusts to the 20s.
Elli and Miguel have been on site since 15:00 UTC, JeffK, Craig, and Fred arrive on site ~18:00 UTC. Fred leaves soon after his arrival and Craig left ~19:30 UTC.
