Out of Observation for a quick fix
Going out of Observation to hopefully fix and issue with an RF Amp. The range has been dropping for the past hour and now we are down to ~40Mpc. Broadband noise has also been getting worse. Stephan has an idea on how to fix it, so I'm going to let him attempt a fix. We have consulted with Keita who has seen this before, and also got the OK from Mike Landry. I'm sure there will be an alog to follow.
Back into Observation. Not a great fix but slightly better.
Winds are down to 20mph gusts and seismometers are a littleb bit better as a result.
