H1 in Observing mode for past 4 hours. Wind has dropped to a light breeze. There was some low frequency seismic noise at END-Y for the past two hours (could be wind related) that has tapered off. Three reported ETM-Y saturations over the past 4 hours.
   IFO is stable with a 74Mpc range. All appears normal.
