- Smooth Owl shift last night. IFO locked in NOMINAL_LOW_NOISE at 22.7W with 68 to 72Mpc range for 8 hours. No significant seismic events during the shift. The wind was fluctuating between 20 plus mph and single digit speeds during the shift. This morning wind speeds are back up to high teens to low 20mphs. 
   6 ETMY saturation events during the shift, with minor effect on range.
