Verbal Alarms notified us of a GRB at 7:08:39UTC.  We acknowledged on Verbal Alarm Terminal.  And then went through the GRB checklist (in L1500117).

1. Confirmed this is NOT a test.  on GraceDB Latest page, this event is listed as E186583 with the comment:  "This event detected by Fermi Satellite"
2. H1 is already in Observation Mode.  Will be in stand down time from 7:08 - 8:08UTC
3. Talked with LLO Operator (William Parker) & confirmed they also received the alarm.
