Received GRB at 10:19:20 UTC via Verbal Alarms.

1. Confirmed it's NOT a test.  Listed on GraceDB as Event E186620, with comment "This event detected by Fermi Satellite, GBM Instrument".
2. H1 & L1 in Observation Mode.  Will maintain this configuration from 10:19-11:19UTC
3. Talked with LLO Operator (William P) and confirmed they also received alarm.
