State of H1: Observing

Shift Summary: One lockloss due to ITMy saturation.  One lockloss due measurements being made while LLO was down.  This resulted in a net of 16 minutes of lost coincident observing time.  Observing for all but ~1 hour of my shift.  RF45 has been stable the entire shift.  WInd and seismic quiet.
