H1's been locked for 8+hrs and in Observation Mode 22:58utc.  useism continues to trend down.

Robert took roughly an hour to perform some PEM non-injection work with the HVAC system (basically shutting off fans & chiller yard stuff).  With Landry's approval, Robert said we would stay in Observation Mode for these injections.  Here are my rough notes on the times:

• 2:00 Robert heading out for PEM non-Injections via HVAC changes
  • 2:05:30 Heard fans go OFF in control room, felt it warm up by 02:12.
  • 2:18:50 Heard fans come back on
• 2:27 Robert heading out for 2nd time. (had EY, EX, & LVEA Chiller Yard FMCS alarms, also had VacPrep dust alarm)
  • 2:31:20 heard fans go off
  • 2:43:30 fans back on? or a different change?
• 2:47 Robert heading out for 3rd time
  • 2:48:08 fans back on
• 2:59 Robert heading out for "last time"
  • 3:01:30 fans off
  • fans back on at what time?
