Owl Mid-Shift Summary
A quiet shift for the first 4 hours. The IFO has been locked at NOMINAL_LOW_NOISE, 22.5W, 80Mpc for the past 6 plus hours. The Intent Bit is set to Observing. Wind and seismic activity are low. There has been one ETM-Y saturation during the shift.
