Attached are the long trend plots of the ETM charge data taken last Tuesday after the power outage.  Stuart has added a new plot ala Kissel's request which plots ESD actuation strength.  This new plot will be useful in comparison against calibration's estimate of the actuation stregth from calibration lines, aka the parameter "kappa_TST" (for example alog 21817).  The sign flip of the ETMY bias voltage for a couple weeks ago seems to have turned the effective charge voltage back towards zero as expected.
