Ops Update: Lockloss
H1:LSC-POP_A_LF_OUTPUT had an oscillation grow.
Useism still high (peaks at 0.5um/s)
Possible eathquake that was trending down that may not have helped (4.5 in Argentina says USGS).
Winds < 10mph
I will post Lockloss plots after I get this up again.
Possibly PRC1 running away. The controls Striptool showed DHARD Y looking similar to PRC1 as well
