STATE of H1:  H1 In Observing @ 79 Mpc

Support:  On Call-->Kiwamu until 7am & then Sheila from 7am - 4pm

Quick Summary:  H1 running nicely with a high range hovering at 80Mpc (due to low useism?).  Jim mentioned a peak on the running DARM spectra which looked new (and not seen on our 10/14 reference).  This peak is ~16.75Hz  (What is this?).
