QUICK SUMMARY: Lights appear off in the LVEA, PSL enclosure, end X, end Y and mid X. I can not tell from the camera if they are off at mid Y. Seismic appears to have recovered from earthquake in Afghanistan. Microseism is still high but trending down. Winds are back below 20 mph. Jenne put ISI blends back to 45 mHz.
