I added SDF monitors for the Beckhoff PLCs.  Dave is working on getting OBSERVE.snap files for them and will link the SDF_TABLE views into the sitemap as he gets them ready.

These are built through the RCG system, but have no real time component.  There are entries in the target area for them

These run on h1build, NOT on a front end.  They use channel access to communicate with the plcs and so can run anywhere we have a friendly environment.

We are not ready to have the guardian monitor the difference count yet.
