OUTGOING OPERATOR: Patrick

QUICK SUMMARY: IFO is in Observing @ ~78Mpc. Eq sei bands are all in the .22micron range. µSei is around .4µ. Wind is ≤10mph. There is an occasional oscillation that Patrick has noticed that can be seen in POP_A_LF_OUTPUT and also reflected in IMC-F_OUT16(tidal) and ASC-DHARD_Y_OUTMON. This doesn’t seem to be a destructive oscillation. It seems the 45MhzRFAM plot has crashed. It appeared that the live trace was right on top of the reference. There is usually a good amount of space between the two.
