Lockloss - Environmental 
   Lockloss at 06:03 (22:02) – Probably due to high winds (in the high 20s to mid 30s with gusts over 40mph) and increasing microseism (centered at 0.8um/s with high at plus 1.0um/s). Attempting to relock. 

   The wind has dropped a bit, but microseism is increasing. Switched the ETM-X Y and ETM-Y X dof from Quite90 to 45mHz to see if this will help with locking. ETM ISI CPSs are not rung up.

   The wind has come back up and microseism has risen to be centered at 1.0um/s. Could rarely move past LOCKING_ALS and never past DRMI_1F. The ETM-X ST1 CPS had also started to ring up. 

   Put the IFO into DOWN to wait for conditions to improve. I returned the ETM-X and ETM-Y blends back to Jim's Odd Blends, and the ETM-X ST1 CPS quickly returned to a quite state. Will leave these set as they are.
