Three plots attached

Plot 1:  ETMY ISI right before lock loss.  Clear to see motion increasing, and Z positoin rings ups about 45 seconds before lockloss.

Plot 2: ETMY ISI after lock loss.  The ringing in the CPS_X sensor

- at 7:14UTC ISO RX output sees something and the signal grows to 4x it's previous size - red oval

- at 8:10UTC CPS X Location Mon rings up, Jeff and I disable FM8 Boost3, signal quiets around 8:55UTC

- later, with no locking, I disable and enable again to measure a power spectrum (X and Y)

Plot 3: power spectrum comparing ISO X in

--- 7:50UTC (ref8, 9) - ISO RX has run up a bit, but ISO X isn't yet

--- 8:45UTC (ref10, 11) - Boost3 turned off on ISO X

--- 10:27UTC (ref22, 23) - as a test I turned off ISO Y Boost3, and yes, it's noticable (bottom plot)

--- 12:22UTC (ref24, 25) - current state, Boost3 filters have been back on since around 11UTC, winds are between 15mph and 40mph, useism is around 0.8 (slightly better than 1.5 hours ago)
