State of H1:  can lock arms in green, cannot go any further

Shift Summary: H1 has been unlocked all night due to high winds and useism.

Currently: No hope of locking even the X arm in IR (I tried, it's not yet possible because of the ground motion)

With no hope of locking, Richard gave me to ok to head out a bit early.
