as of 14:34UTC X arm in red is locked and alignment is offloaded!
continuing on with the initial alignment.
winds at EX are about 25mph, and increasing.
winds at the Corner Station are about 10mph.
useism is unchanged from 2 hours ago.
ETMX ISI excessive motion seems to be gone for now.
