The BSC8 HEPI actuators were valved into the main lines by turning the 4-way bypass valves after the actuators were set in a bleed configuration at 4pm today.  The actuators are now in a bleed configuration.  The 4-way bypass valves had been set to bleed air out of the main lines before the actuators were valved in.
