The psinject process running on h1hwinj1 is no longer controlled by Monit.  If the psinject fails, it will not be started automatically and will require operator intervention.  The condition of failure is indicated by a RED status for excitation on the CDS overview screen for the H1CALCS model.  We will work toward installing an alarm for the condition.

According to David Shoemaker, the restarts of the CW injections are disruptive to observing. If the psinject fails, it should be restarted during single-ifo time or downtime, or at the time of relocking.
