STATE Of H1: Observing at 80 Mpc for 7hours.

QUICK SUMMARY: Cold as usual, wind is low, useism = 0.5 um/s, LVEA/VEAs lights off. TPD flashing on Ops Overview, this wasn't noticed until after going into observing but should still be okay.
