Today, Kissel moved the 9 Beckhoff SDF medm modules to the main SDF Overview screen.  Now all SDF monitors are in one place, however the 9 Beckhoff ones are not yet tied to the OBSERVE bit.  He also cleaned up the sitemap by removing a stale SDF AUTO screen and the now old Beckhoff SDF screen.  He has committed the new screen to SVN.

With the IFO in Low Noise Lock, we also cleared a few of the Beckhoff SDF red errors via accepting them to the OBSERVE.snap file.  The ones cleared have been hanging around for a while now.
