Woes Continue

• After several attempts at locking DRMI, tried locking PRMI, but this also did not lock.
• Attempted another alignment.  ALS was already good, obviously.  BUT for INPUT_ALIGN, the Xarm would not lock (had flashes up to 0.8).  I raised the gain from 0.05 up to 0.2, and it would lock, but after taking back to 0.05, it would drop out of lock.  I continued alignment without OFFLOADING for INPUT ALIGN.  
• Here I am back to locking, but it does not look great.   Stuck in CHECK IR.  I am going to find by hand, but when I look at the AS Port camera, I see the spot swinging in pitch every few seconds.

LVEA useism has been high for last 6hrs.  It's currently at 0.9um/s.  Not the worst period of useism, but certainly similar to other times when we had issues locking.  (see plot of last 55 days).

Also running with all BSCs in their standard 45mHz configuration, EXCEPT for ETMx which Jim alogged about earlier.
