• with no locking, I decided to do an Initial Alignment
• no change in locking, MICH DARK would not lock
• looked for other things, found a behavior on BSC2 ISI that appears to be different from behvior two days ago, on 12/5
• still not sure that BSC2 ISI anything related to not locking MICH DARK
