With microseism up above 1 um/s, EQ/wind band near 1 um/s, winds 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph, and issues with the ISS, I haven't made much progress locking.  Also, the IMC has been dropping lock fairly frequently, about every 15 minutes.  I haven't been able to get INPUT_ALIGN to work while doing IA.  It stalls at LOCKING_XARM_IR.  Not sure if this is related to ISS issues or not.  I'll wait until one of these issues improves before calling for support.
