Cryopump alarm HVE-MY:CP3_LT200
Looks like the same one that TJ got an alarm for on Dec22. The value has been flat since Dec22 afternoon. Is it real?

This is a known condition. The level transducer is not working due to a blocked pressure line from the bottom of the liquid reservoir. Gerardo and Kyle are manually filling the pump as the control valve cannot function without the level signal. This state will likely continue through O1.
