I won't be able to come in during the afternoon today so I did a fill this morning (~0720 hrs. local) and will back tonight ~2200 hours or so.  


Pressure step (~0100 hrs. local) depicted in attached shows up on Y-arm gauges but no indication that IP9 is responsible.
