11:40UTC. Contaced Doug at LLO. They're locked at RF and still dealing with bounce and roll modes. H1 Locked @ 75Mpc.

Doug just informed me that his EQ bands just jumped way up and that I can be expecting an earthquake. There is no evidence as of yet.
