SHIFT SUMMARY: After the quake recovery, which didn’t take long. The IFO was in need of some initial alignment. I never got past INPUT_ALIGN. THe X-Arm would not lock in IR. After trying many things and  a long telephone call with Kiwamu, he decided to come in. The spot looked a little pitchy in the PR2 and IM4 dept. Also SR2 has moved 17µrad in Pitch causing the spot to be higher than usual on the AS_AIR camera. YAW on that same optic was restored. Kiwamu is still working on the problem.
