Since the IFO is in such poor shape anyways with POP / alignment woes, I've suggested we just begin with calibration measurements needed for today. Jim has brought the acuiring IFO to DOWN, I'm heading down to the Y-End to begin measuring ETMY coil drivers, and the PCAL team should be in shortly and will go to the X-End to begin their standard calibration of the EX RX and TX PDs.
