Attached is a plot of the STS2's Mass Positions.  Finally got them all centered (something below 5000cts)

Found that ETMY did not have the Binary I/O cable from the Bin Output to the STS2 Interface so this was not going to re-center remotely anyway.  Vincent pulled that cable but we don't quite understand.  I can tell you though that the recentering does not work via the medm/cable but the signal select and period select toggling does work...  We've left that cable unplugged and did the centering at ETMY via the front panel button.
