Attached is a summary plot of the laser's performance since New Year's Day.
 - the decline in pre-modecleaner transmission appears to match the decline in laser power
     (~1.6% versus ~1.6%) quite well
 - the decline in NPRO power is ~0.7%

Everything else looks okay.
