Here are some recovery actions I have performed:

• cleared the FE-DC CRC errors
• wrote script to set the SDF reference table from safe.snap to OBSERVE.snap, ran on all systems other than HPI/ISI (already done by Hugh)
• restarted HW CW process (psinject) on h1hwinj1
