STATE OF H1: Relocking
SHIFT SUMMARY: Moved RM1 and RM2. Ran initial alignment. Obtained first lock at NLN since power outage. Lost lock shortly afterwards to a 6.6 magnitude earthquake in Mexico (see attached). Earthquake took about 5 hours to ring down. Manually damped ITMX and ITMY roll modes.
