Powercycled the Beckhoff rotation stages chassis
Alastair, Evan, Kiwamu, Patrick The TCS rotation stages were not working correctly. Powercycling the chassis in the CER got the TCSY rotation stage to work again. Powercycling the same chassis a second time got the TCSX rotation stage to work again.
