Fixed picomotor links for TCS screens
The picomotors for the TCS are as follows:
- PICO_F = CO2X
- PICO_G = CO2Y
- PICO_H = HWS
The following screens have been modified to fix links to the TCS picomotors so that they are correct:
- TCS_HWS.adl
- TCS_CO2P.adl
- TCS_MASTER.adl (for passing arguments to the previous two screens)
All files have been committed to the SVN
