State of H1:  trying to lock, but has only made it to DRMI 1f one time in the last 90 minutes, useism and wind are high

• ISI blends changed a few times today - see earlier alog for plot - currently CS on 45mHz and ETMs on Quiet 90s
• last two hours - bale moving at EX - balers are moving the bales from the West side of the beam tube to the East side of the beam tube around EX
• last three hours - winds 10-40mph - EY elevated 0.03-0.1 seismometer trace
• last 8 hours useism dropped a bit, but is still at 0.6um/s
• Currently H1 is set to Locking Arms Green, and breaks at Find IR
