Added Links to Controls Overview on ALS Overview Screen
J. Kissel I'd found it frustrating that the ALS control system overview screens were not linked on the overall ALS overview screen, so I've added links. See attached screenshot. Changes have been committed to the userapps repo, /opt/rtcds/userapps/release/als/common/medm/ALS_CUST_MAIN.adl

In fact, the ALS overview screen already contained links to the X and Y control screens.
