Manually over-filled CP3
1730 - 1742 hrs. local -> To and from Y-mid Took 2 min 30 secs to fill @ 1/2 turn open. Next overfill to be Wed., Feb. 24th before 4:00 pm (local) No vacuum people on site during the day today -> Good catch by the aware operator - TJ -thanks TJ
