Ringdowns of violin-mode first harmonics

During O1 we had several long lock stretches with all test mass violin mode damping turned off (for all harmonics). The longest stretch that I know of is 35 hours, from 2015–12–19 07:00:00 Z to 2015–12–20 18:00:00 Z.

Here I give the quality factors of the violin mode first harmonics. The test mass identifications are taken from the mode table on the wiki. Of the 32 first harmonics, one was not seen in the data, and a further six do not have clear ringdowns in their envelopes. We had some other locks with no damping, so we should look at these to see if the behavior of these seven modes makes more sense.

The lowest Q observed was 0.2×109.
