H1 Status: unlocked and issues locking X arm in green

Shift Summary:

• Alignment of H1 went well in the AM, and DRMI was locking
• Then X arm in IR wouldn't lock - restart of Beckoff
• Locking resumed
• Then there appeared to be an issue somewhere in the locking sequence around Engage_ASC
• While working to diagnose that issue, ETMX ISI and HEPI tripped
• No X arm locking in green since the HEPI/ISI trip
• According to ETMX oplev pitch has changed from 0.6 to around -1.1, a difference of about -1.5urad

Other:

• Multile trips by multiple people into the LVEA - no H1 config. change

Currently:

• Sheila and Patrick are working on ETMX and the X arm to recover the alignment
