I was asked by Sheila and Lisa B. to remove the connection between the SDF and the Intent Bit to allow for opportunistic data taking. To do this, I simply had to comment out the DIAG_SDF node from IFO_NODE_LIST.py and reload the top-level "IFO" node. By doing this, the IFO node will still return ALL_NODES_OK even when the DIAG_SDF reports differences.
