VE overview screen, replace pirani/coldcathode pair with new beckhoff. Set precision
On the vacuum overview medm I have replace the PT170 and PT180 gauge pairs with the new Beckhoff gauge. The Beckhoff IOC was running the TORR records with zero precision, so I have manually set the PREC field to 2 for these (using caput, we need to make this permanant).
