Conlog not monitoring h1ecatc1 plc1 channels
h1conlog1-master has still not connected to 1736 channels since the maintenance work yesterday (alog 26112). I checked the unmonitored channel list and with the exception of two, they are all of the channels that are not read-only in /opt/rtcds/lho/h1/target/h1ecatc1/h1ecatc1plc1epics/autoBurt.req, that is h1ecatc1 PLC1. The two other channels are H1:PEM-CS_DUST_LAB1_ENABLE and H1:PEM-CS_DUST_LAB2_ENABLE, which I confirmed do not respond to a caget. I can do a caget from h1conlog1-master on the couple of unmonitored channels on h1ecatc1 PLC1 that I tried. It is also worth noting that conlog-test-master has the same issue with the same channels. I tried restarting conlog-test-master and it still does not connect to these channels.

Dave restarted the gateway and it didn't help.

Solved. It turns out that the autoBurt.req file for h1ecatc1 PLC1 had windows line endings which Conlog does not like. This was probably because I had to copy that file over with WinSCP by hand instead of using Daniel's script which must do something to change the line endings (see alog 26072). Dave installed and ran dos2unix on the autoBurt.req file, I recreated the conlog channel list with it, and told Conlog to use the new channel list. Conlog removed the names that had windows line endings and added the ones that did not.
