Diagonal annuli pressures
HAM 8: 8 mA @ IP and 3.8e-6 Torr at turbo HAM 9: 10 mA (no more red light) and 2.3e-6 Torr at turbo HAM 11: 10 mA+ (still with red light) and 4e-6 Torr at turbo (pressure went up)
