There was a flurry of injection locking relocks this morning.  All were associated with my attempts at
locking the frequency servo.  The relock counter increased from 54 to 78 during the ~1 hour period I
was dabbling with it.  The injection locking electronics needs tweaking.

    The pre-modecleaner servo needs adjusting characterising - to be done later today.
