Manually over-filled CP3 at 22:56 utc
1/2 open LLCV bypass valve, and the exhaust bypass valve fully open.
Flow was noted after 1 minute and 37 seconds, closed LLCV valve, and 3 minutes later the exhaust bypass valve was closed.
