Turned off the INJ-PCALX_HARDWARE filterbank output at 16:07 UTC.

From Today (April 23) to April 27, I plan to test the guardian hardware injection node. Turning off the output of INJ-PCALX_HARDWARE means that no signal will go into the detector.
