CDS and DAQ changed for Beckhoff Vacuum Controls upgrades at MY, LX and LY.
Yesterday (Monday 25th April) the MY vacuum controls system was upgraded to Beckhoff. Today (Tuesday 26th April) both LVEA systems (LX and LY) were upgraded to Beckhoff. I have performed the following on all three systems:
- copied the running minute trends on the trend writer
- installed new INI file into the DAQ EDCU
- restarted the DAQ with the new channels
- reconfigured the cell phone alarm texter with the new channels*
- updated the target autoBurt.req files
- fixed overview MEDM screen to new names
* = in the new system CP pump levels cannot exceed 100%, therefore I reduced the HIGH ALARM limit from 100% to 99%
still to do:
- fix remaining issues with FMCS MEDM screens
- move archived minute trend files to the new names on the fw0 and fw1 disk systems
